The reason why he didn't read it is probably because that's not how they run things over there. Cassius asked Artemidorus what are you doing out here in the streets? go to the capital. Caesar refused to read it probably because he thought himself to great to be reading such child things.
I liked the part where you said Caesar was to great to look at child things.

Probably the most logicol explanation for his actions. You could have made the part about Cassius a quote but it sounds fine either way. Great job!
